H10k Super-7 medal collection
For this year’s Horsham 10k, we are changing the medal ribbons to red. Next year will be orange. 2027 will be yellow. 2028 green. 2029 blue. 2030 indigo. 2031 violet.
A simple change but hopefully something people will want to collect.
Medal Hangers will be available next year, so you can build up and display the rainbow.

How you can earn the medals –
• Running the 10K race. (Obviously!)
• Running the Junior (under 16) race. (Some runners will graduate to the 10k over the seven-year period so we have decided to offer the same medal in both races).
• HJ Members volunteering at the event. (We offered medals to volunteers in 2024 and we will put a call out for help later this month.)
• HJ Members running in the WSFRL event. There is a clash on the calendar and we want have our cake and eat it! Aim is to win back the WSFRL trophy this year, right?!
• Buy the medal for £10 providing we have stock leftover.
Aim is to give people the chance to carry on collecting if injured, or out for some other reason, and hopefully join us in the future.
