It was brilliant seeing everyone getting stuck in, working together, learning new skills and, most importantly, enjoying themselves.

Lumpini is where it all started for both Danny and me. We trained here, fought out of here and learnt so much of what we know under our coach John Jarvis.

Fast forward a few years and life looks a little different… we’ve moved away, started our own gym, AMS, and now have our own little family too 🥹

But we’ll never forget where we came from or the people who helped us get to where we are today.

A massive thank you to John for everything he taught us over the years, and for continuing to support us and what we’re building with AMS. It genuinely means a lot to have that support from the person and the gym where our own journeys began.

From being fighters at Lumpini, to now coaching our own fighters and building our own gym… funny how life goes 💙

Another successful night for AMS, with great performances from all three of our fighters!

⭐️ Aden puts on another stellar performance, showing his experience and continuing to impress every time he steps in there.

🥊 Travis narrowly gets the loss in an amazing debut fight, kicking beautifully throughout and putting on a performance he should be seriously proud of.

🔥 Freddie gets the win on his debut, putting on some heavy pressure from the very first bell and never letting up. Brilliant first outing!

Proud of all three of you! Plenty to take away, plenty to work on, and we keep moving forward 💙

What a day for Team AMS.

A mixed bag of results…

🥊 Adults: 1️⃣ Win | 2️⃣ Losses

The results don’t always tell the full story. Every single one of our six fighters stepped into that ring after weeks of hard work, discipline and sacrifice. Win, lose or draw, you represented yourselves and AMS with pride, and that’s all we can ever ask.

We’re incredibly proud of every one of you. Keep your heads high, enjoy a well-earned rest, eat some good food, and then we’ll get back to work. The journey doesn’t stop here. 👊🏼

A huge thank you to Leo, Adam and Danny for giving up their day to corner the team, and to every single member of the AMS family who came to support. The noise from our crowd was unreal and our fighters felt every bit of it.

Looking around yesterday made me realise just how far this gym has come in such a short space of time. The atmosphere, the support, the team spirit… that’s down to every member, every coach and everyone who backs AMS. I genuinely couldn’t be prouder.

On to the next one. 💙🙏🏼
