West Grinstead Swimming Academy

To help spread some cheer as the kids head back to school we are giving away a jellycat ruler plush toy and a month of free swimming lessons! This is open to anybody local, regardless if you swim with us or not but you must be able to collect the prize from our pool near Horsham or gift it to somebody who can. 

This is part of our back to school week where we are doing extra games and giving out goodies to all our swimmers to make the transition back to the classroom a little easier!

🧜‍♀️ Ever wanted to be a mermaid? Now's your chance! Join us this Wednesday (12th) at 14:30 for our Mermaid Swimming Course at West Grinstead Swimming Academy, just south of Horsham. Slip on a monofin and mermaid tail (provided!) and glide through the water like a real mermaid — for one magical hour. For confident swimmers, Stage 4 and above. £35 per session — dive in! Photos and videos of your swimmer will be sent out after the session!

Exciting times for WGSA!!!

🏊 We are launching lessons at a new venue, Brantridge Park, a 25m pool perfect for teaching stages 5+. Lessons start in September on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The pool is 30c which is warmer than a traditional lap pools and boasts diving blocks, backstroke flags and anti wave lane ropes which is perfect for teaching key swimming skills. Nick, an experienced teacher and coach will be taking these sessions with small groups of 6 per lane.

🧜Hayley and Carley have been busy training as mermaids this week and we will be running courses during the holidays shortly! Stay tuned for more information. These are going to be fun filled sessions with all equipment provided!

It's the World Cup final week and we are celebrating with some special football themed swimming and a very special photo competition!
