Cancellation policy -
Any cancellations within 24 hours of your session, which are not able to be rebooked with another client, will result in clients losing that session as part of your block booking. This is due to venue hire costs, and other clients not being able to use that session.

Something brand new to start the season 🏃➡️🥊💪
I’m thrilled to announce I will be running 4 weeks of fitness sessions over the next 4 Tuesday evenings, to ensure players are starting the new season at their absolute peak.
No needless running, bleep tests or waiting in lines. Our players will be working on their strength, endurance, power and conditioning, using top of the range equipment like our battle ropes, resistance bands and boxing pads.
Our sessions are open to all players over 10 years old, and will run on the following dates -
Tuesday 25th August
Tuesday 1st September
Tuesday 8th September
Tuesday 15th September
All sessions are £6 per week, or £20 if you’d like to book on for all 4 sessions, and they can be booked here 👇
