Most of my posts are about the players I work with, so I thought I’d turn the camera around for once- not that I’m so keen! 😂
For me, 1:1 coaching is about much more than putting on a few drills.
It’s about getting to know each player, understanding what they want to improve and creating sessions that challenge them while still making sure they enjoy their football.
With 15+ years of coaching experience, I still absolutely love being out on the pitch helping players develop, whether that’s a young player building confidence or an adult getting ready for the season.
And yes… apparently I do occasionally smile during a session! And yes I do love this song!😂⚽
