Hornsea RUFC are currently in Yorkshire Division Four, and after three seasons of rebuilding, the club are now in a position to push on and progress. Everyone is welcome; new and old players, whether you want to improve your fitness, improve your rugby, or just for the social banter; come down and join us! The club has recently been voted the most hospitable and enjoyable after match club by fellow clubs in Yorkshire Division Five, which is testament to Hornsea's moto of 'Train Hard, Play Hard and Enjoy the Crack'

The current subscription rates are below, and players are reminded that early payment will help with the clubs financial committments. Full Playing Member £40
Student Playing Member £20
Unemployed Playing Member £20

Subs are to be given to Nick O'Mahony, Nick Butterill or Steve Crook, cheque (payable to Hornsea Rugby Club) or cash will also be accepted.

🟢⚫️ The 2ND team is back 🟢⚫️

After years of blood, sweat & beers and hard work put in by many unsung hero’s at the club we’re pleased to announce the first game for the newly reformed 2ND team this Saturday.

The Men travel to Hull Ionians RUFC to take on their 3rd team.

Kick off is 3 o’clock, any support will be appreciated.

The first team kick off their Counties 3 Yorkshire A Season next weekend with a long journey up to North Ribblesdale to take on their 2nd XV.

Yesterday Some of the men travelled up to Driffield RUFC to take part in their Centenary 10s Tournament.
Unfortunately we didn’t come away with the winners trophy but the lads put in some hard graft and it was another good pre season run out getting ready for the season to start

Today saw us take on Hullensians down at the Rec in our first pre season game.

Even though the visitors took the victory 38-34 we took plenty of positives out of it.

Today saw 9 of last seasons colts play today including Tom Smith & Will Ashton who on their senior debuts both won man of the match.

Still plenty to work on before the season starts but it was good to get back on the field 🏉

Big thanks to Hullensians for coming down and giving us a good game and we wish you all the best in Yorkshire 1 this season
