✨ Giving the Slow Foxtrot a go! ✨

Our Beginners Plus dancers usually learn Social Foxtrot, but they’ve been doing so well that we thought it was time to challenge them a little and introduce them to the Slow Foxtrot. 💃🕺

For some, this was their second week. For others, it was their very first time dancing Slow Foxtrot!

And they did brilliantly. 👏❤️

It’s lovely seeing our dancers progress, build their confidence and take on something a little more challenging while still having fun along the way.

Who knew the Slow Foxtrot could look this good after just a couple of weeks? 😉

What a lovely afternoon at our Waltz Deep Dive yesterday! 💜

Three hours of waltz, working on technique, timing, movement and all those little details that can make such a difference to your dancing.

Thank you to everyone who came along and danced with us. It was such a lovely afternoon! 🥰

And a special thank you to Tanya and Teresa for bringing biscuits and chocolates… because obviously every dance workshop needs refreshments! 🍪🍫😂

Our second Line Dance - Latin Style class is tomorrow, and we’re so looking forward to being back on the dance floor. 💜

Last week was such a lovely start. Lots of smiles, great music, new faces and that wonderful feeling you get when everyone relaxes, forgets about the outside world for a little while and just enjoys dancing. 🥰

What a brilliant Dance Fit class yesterday! 🕺💃

It was so good to be back, and everyone brought such great energy to the room. Lots of dancing, plenty of smiles and a really lovely atmosphere ❤️

Our Dance Fit Latin Style class is a fun way to get moving, learn some Latin-inspired dances and enjoy an hour of dancing without taking it too seriously!
