What a great review from one of our lovely members Pete...
I've been a member of a few gyms over the years but joining Resolutions Health and Fitness has been the best decision for several reasons.
To start with, it's really friendly and not at all intimidating like other gyms can be.
The owner, Laura, is visible and so it's easy to get her advice and support.
Following my induction, Laura listened to what I wanted to achieve and then designed a programme specifically to help me achieve that.
I'm not there yet (mainly due to a love of pasties and Real Ale) but my body shape is changing and I now have more self-confidence as my posture improves and my fitness levels grow.
I've found the range of equipment at Resolutions meets the needs of experienced and inexperienced users alike and while I don't use every machine, they are there should I need them in the future.
Not only all that but Resolutions has really competitive membership options and is open virtually 24/7 - so there really are no excuses not to go!

Start your day right... did you know that we open at 5am every day! Exercising in the morning is proven to give you more energy, better focus and puts you in a better mood for the day ahead. So get your session in early before everyone else wakes up 💪
