Time to get cosy…De-stress the body and mind with a gentle stretch focussed mat pilates session followed by a Sound Bath . Expect 30 minutes of slow stretchy movements to ease your aches and pains before experiencing an hour of deep relaxation and guided meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️

We have 28 classes throughout the week across mat and reformer pilates....early mornings, daytimes, evenings and weekends.

A couple of changes and new additions….more beginners classes throughout the week and weekends ready to welcome new clients….and if you enjoy Ellie’s Thursday evening classes…you can now find her new all levels class on a Monday evening at 6.45pm
