I didn't chase skinny!

I chased being strong, fit, healthy and having energy to be present with my children.

I didn't have a quick fix, a detox or starve myself!

I put in hard work, discipline and consistency.

Don't get me wrong, I found it hard at times, I felt tired, a little lost but I have grown so much along the way so you lovely ladies do not make the same mistakes I did.

Stop chasing the number on the scales and focus on being Stronger. Healthier. More confident and BE PROUD!

Going through my own fitness journey I have learnt that there is no easy option!

Tracking calories is hard
Finding time to exercise is hard
Saying no in social event is hard
Building new habits is hard

But

So is feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. So much that you do not want to have photos with your family!
So is lacking in energy
So is feeling lost and not your true self
So is not being able to play with your children/grand children.

NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE EASY!
You have to choose what is going to make you truly happy!

YOU HAVE TO GET UNCOMFORTABLE TO BECOME COMFORTABLE.

✨ CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ✨

Amber came to me after having her second baby feeling like she’d lost herself a little. As a busy mum of two and a full-time teacher, life is NON STOP and somewhere along the way, she stopped feeling like her body was her own anymore.

She had two family holidays booked and had one big goal…
To feel confident and yes… she wanted ABS 😬🔥

So we got to work.

And wow, did Amber put the work in 👏🏻
She showed up every single week, followed everything I asked her to do and honestly went above and beyond. Even on the days childcare didn’t go to plan, she still made it happen and brought her little one along to PT sessions (which secretly meant I got baby cuddles 🥹😂).

But this transformation is about so much more than just physical changes…

Amber now has:
✨ More confidence
✨ More energy
✨ Time for herself each week
✨ Daily walks in the fresh air no matter how tired, busy or cold it is
✨ Pride in herself again

This is what happens when you stay consistent, show up (even when you don’t feel like it), and stop trying to do it all on your own 🙌🏼

Starting with just ONE session a week… building it up… finding confidence… getting stronger… and now smashing 5 sessions a week 💪🏼🔥

But the best part?

These jeans tell a story. 👖✨

Back in December, Amber squeezed into these. They fit… but only just.
Today — they’re loose.

And this isn’t just about weight loss.

Amber is a mum of two, with one baby under 1.
She’s tired. She’s busy. Her time isn’t her own most days.
But she still showed up — in the small, messy, real-life way that progress actually happens.

No extremes.
No punishing workouts.
No “all or nothing”.

Just consistency.
Learning how to make time for herself again.
Building strength.
Growing confidence.
Remembering that she matters too.

The physical change is incredible… but the mindset shift is what I’m most proud of. 💕
