Throw back to finishing the Munich marathon with a lap on the track of the Olympic stadium. Which leads me onto sports massage... Due to marathon season and having clients doing London, Manchester and Belfast in the coming weeks, I'm now fully booked up to the 9th May.

*massage post* I don't do a lot of these as my diary is usually pretty full and I don't want to let people down when they get in touch and can't book them in for a few weeks. (read the last paragraph)
I take both cash and card. But something to think about. Having a card machine costs me, all be it a small percentage per transaction but it adds up over the year. Taking cash out of a hole in the wall in most cases does not cost you. Paying in cash means I don't have card transaction fees to pay and doesn't cost you anymore. If possible pay small businesses in cash so they don't have to pay these fees.
I understand that people do not carry cash as much anymore and it is not always possible to get to a cash machine, so I will keep the card machine for convenience.
Im going to put my prices up £1 but if you pay in cash there will be a £1 discount.
As mentioned above my diary is pretty full but get in touch if you want to book in for a sports massage and I will do my best to get you in ASAP. With Belfast Marathon coming up it will hopefully continue to be busy. 💙

Happy Christmas to all friends, family and clients.🎄🎅
I have Bells Palsy, it came on last weekend and this is the best I can do to smile. Its a shame as this has been the best year of our lives with the addition of Ozzy.
I'm not precious about photos and it won't stop me doing anything just not great to have as I don't have a clue how long it will last. I've set up another instagram account to track this so I can keep this account more personal and work related.
Anyway have a good one everyone and here is hoping for 3 points on Monday 💙
