The long dark evenings are upon us so why not use this time constructively to prepare for the season ahead. Whether you are a member of Pony Club, Riding Club, Eventing Ireland, SJI, Dressage Ireland or just a happy hacker, now is the time to book into a safefalls course.
Learn techniques that improve your balance and core strength and which can seriously reduce your chance of injury following a fall. Just 2 x 2 hour lessons can help teach you how to be more dynamic and safe.
Why not get a group together - it’s a fun way to make your sport safer!!

Book yourself and bring some friends. This course is fun and suitable for all ages and riding abilities. Learn to fall and tumble safer in a gym setting.
