A sad moment! After tomorrow, I will no longer be teaching at Holy Trinity Church Hall. It has been an absolute pleasure teaching there for the past 7 ish years! If you've ever been to one of my classes there, thank you thank you thank you! I will still be teaching online every Monday at 7pm (Hatha). I will still be teaching online Parent and Baby Yoga Thursdays at 2pm. Watch this space/ DM me your email address to be added to my mailing list. I will teach again in person soon ✨🙏🏻

On Friday 19th June at 7-9pm myself and Sam from will be hosting an evening of gentle yoga and sound at Holy Trinity Church in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire. Spaces are limited, book via Sam's website https://www.tranquilitysoundbath.co.uk/events/ (will put link in my stories everyday 👍🏻)

This will be suitable for many, we will move gently, ground ourselves, do some breath work and then settle in for a meditative Soundbath. There will also be herbal tea and a lavender pillow to take home.

Join me most Monday nights for Hatha Yoga online (I use Microsoft Teams). I started this online class during lockdown and have found that people love the fact that they can join a full length class from home without the travel.
