Having never taken part in a deaf golf event before, Robbie discovered he was eligible to compete in a qualifier. After travelling from his home near Glasgow to Stafford, he earned his place on the Team GB Deaflympics squad by finishing in the top three.

With CSSC support throughout his journey, Robbie was able to access training and competition support, helping him reach the international stage and achieve his dream of competing at the Deaflympics in Tokyo.

And for Robbie, being able to share that incredible experience with his wife and children made the journey even more special.
