It is with much sadness that the club has to share that long serving member Terry Patten passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday 29th August.
A member of the club since 1962, Terry was a very accomplished cricketer who went onto score and umpire after having to retire from playing early due to injury and he could be seen watching teams at London Road upto only a few weeks ago
He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him and thoughts are with his family at this sad and difficult time. His funeral is on Friday 18th September 12.30pm at Amersham Crematorium and then afterwards at the Black Lion in Naphill.

The term club legend can be banded around too easily sometimes but we think Terry certainly falls into that category. Below is a note about Terry that has been pinned up in the corridor for 25 years plus and is a reminder to all what the club should be about…
