Busy mum. Full-time job. A diary that’s never empty.
She had every reason to put herself last. Most people in her position would.
She’s down 14kg. But honestly, that’s the bit I care about least.
Here’s what actually happened in the meantime: she took on a group fitness event. She did a photo shoot, stood in front of a camera without wanting to hide. She kept showing up on the weeks work was chaos and the kids needed her and there was nothing left to give.
None of that fits neatly into a before-and-after photo.
If you’re in the same boat , busy job, busy family, telling yourself you’ll get to it eventually - this is what “eventually” can actually look like.
If you’re ready to make a change, stop making excuses and become the best version of yourself. Dm me”start”

If I wanted to lose weight right now but didn’t wanna give up my social life this is exactly what I would do so stay tuned!
This is my third photo shoot prep and I’m not going to lie it’s very different to any diet I’ve done before. I’ve always been pretty hard on myself. I’m very black-and-white. If there’s a plan, I follow it to a T and never divert.
There’s nothing wrong with that, this time I wanted to do something slightly different. I wanted to have a bit more balance, allow more flexibility. Previously, I have avoided social events whilst being on my shoot prep. This time round my prep was a last-minute decision therefore I had other social events that I didn’t want to restrict for. Holidays, camping, meals out, etc.
I am living proof that you can still have a social life, eat out, drink alcohol and have fun but also get the results.
so if you want to lose weight but not miss out on social events, this is what you need to do:
Find a meal plan that you can stick to. I have two breakfast two lunches and two dinners that I rotate every other week. I like my meal plan, there’s no guessing if I’ve hit my macros, am I within my calories? It’s easy.
Then, if I want to eat out (which I did last week, Nando’s and a Wagamama’s) I will make substitutions, eat food that’s very similar to my meal plan and calorie bank. Sometimes I go over my calories and that’s okay also. As long as you get straight back on plan and don’t make a full weekend out of it.
Everyone can get the results, you just need to know what to do correctly, how to make substitutions, how to calorie bank and hold yourself accountable.
If you are ready to stop being half in half out then DM me balance and I can get you there.
