Your new stair climber will be arriving in the next few weeks after multiple requests from members! We’ve also still got plenty of changes coming within our refurb!

We’ve also given the space a bit of a reshuffle, moving some of the cardio equipment around to create more room for stretching, functional training, and… maybe even some classes 👀

With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry and 10 years in customer service between us, we’re passionate about creating gyms that feel welcoming, supportive, and completely free from pressure or intimidation.

As a family-run business, you’ll often see us around the gym — sometimes even with our little one in tow! Being hands-on is important to us, and we take pride in building genuine connections with our members.

We truly believe our members are at the heart of everything we do. We understand how busy and stressful life can be, which is why we’ve created spaces where you can switch off, reset, and enjoy your time — no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

🚨GYM REFRESH - MEMBERS PLEASE READ🚨

As you will all know we like to keep things moving and continue to improve and so we will be doing a bit of a gym refresh! We will have some contractors in over the next few weeks doing some work so each time you come in, the gym will be looking slightly different! Do not worry, our contractors will work around you so you can still get your workouts in!

We’re excited to show you the plans, and this will not be the end, we’ve got a few things in the pipeline for our Herne Bay gym!

Sam has now joined the Team at SweatStop Herne Bay, when you see him around the gym please do say hello! 👋

Sam will be heading up the Personal Training side of the business alongside Tasha! If you are a personal trainer and would like to start training people in a well equipped, friendly space please do reach out to Sam!
