Well what a day, these guys stepped onto the matts for a gruelling 3 hours. We put them through everything and they gave everything without question.
A massive well done to you all, you are going to be great role models in the club to future black belts. All these guys have been training without fail week In week out, putting them selves through tough training.

Jamie has been training with us only 1.5 years but has been training else where for 10 years plus
All these guys have waited and matured in there coloured belts, not taking it as a given every 3 month or 6 month to grade, they have matured and grown with every belt (the right way) it’s not all about money with HKA it about having the right attitude and respect and rewarding it when the time is right.
