This year, as a push for myself physically and mentally, I'm raising money for St Michael's Hospice Hereford by doing the Cardiff Half Marathon. As part of my buisness, Lucas Kirby Coaching, I've been raising money this year by Parents donating any old kit, so others can pay whatever they'd like to purchase it, with all money going to St Michael's. Over 60 items have been sold and as well the money going to a fantastic cause, it certainly helps with the cost of living crisis.

To those that live in Herefordshire, we've all known someone that has gone to St Michael's Hospice and unfortunately passed away, but with the help from the wonderful staff there, they've been made to feel incredibly comfortable. In my younger days, I used to raise money by doing the Hereford Fun Run. So this will be a new challenge for me, a gruelling 13.1 miles on the streets of Cardiff. If you could be kind enough to donate something, doesn't matter how big or small your contribution will be enough.

Well over the last few weeks, I’ve had a lot of brilliant donations for the charity table. I put it all out last Friday afternoon and then I come back after the children were dismissed and most of it was bought! So here’s what’s left!

What an amazing day to finish! Some brilliant tournaments followed by adults v kids, which adults won 9-7👀 (videos to follow)

Thanks to everyone that’s attended any of the days. The kids have been a delight and the football produced has been very good!
