Two down, two to go of our Medal Monday roundups! 🏅

We had a trio of reds take part in the CDF 10K which celebrated its 40th year! 🥳

The CDF 10K takes runners on a sightseeing tour of the city, with highlights including Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium. 🏟️ It was a seasonable warm September day, but these 3️⃣ delivered some superb performances!

Next up, it’s our very own Mr Worldwide ✈️, Allen Edwards who wizzed off to the 41st Wizz Air Budapest Half Marathon! 🇭🇺

"Travelled to Budapest, for this year's 41st Wizz Air Budapest Felmaraton, or Half Marathon if you prefer, as I have love for doing half marathons abroad, (this being my 5TH! International race in space of 15 months!) or I'm just eager to complete my scratch map, and I'm always "Hungary" for a challenge 😎

Race was predominantly flat, starting very early this morning at on the banks of the river danube, before proceeding north along the banks of the danube, running underneath the many bridges the span the river, including the infamous chain bridge, to then cross at Margaret Island, then to proceed south along the banks of the danube on the otherside, running past the iconic houses of parliament, before crossing the river & finishing where the race started, myself coming in at 1:42:48, not a PB, but not my slowest either, I'm pleased with the result as it was a hot day, and I only trained properly for two weeks before this race, plus my running throughtout the summer has been non existent, (blame the heatwave haha)

To run with 24000 runners, 170 different nationalities in a city which has no shortage of scenery, adds a great atmosphere for a already well put together race, would recommned this half marathon to anyone!"

Next adventure, Madrid in April, but something else usually occurs in between 😅"

On Friday whilst most of us were preparing for the weekend, Emily was out on the Welsh coastline taking on the non-stop Ring O’ Fire Firelighter 50 🔥

The weekend never looked so good 😍

From epic ultras to parkrun pbs, the first weekend of the month was a busy one! 🙌🏼

Watch out medal Monday, you’re in for a treat! 😍

This isn’t your ordinary 5K race! On Thursday evening we had 2️⃣ of our fabulous females take on the Run the Wharf 5K Race ⚡️

This lightening fast race will play host to some of the fastest runners in the world! Both Addy Carter & Kimberley Langford were racing in the elite women’s field, which is an incredible achievement in itself! 🤩

The 24 Hour Run Against Homelessness 2025 Edition!

It’s event month 🙌🏼We’re so excited to be the host club for another year and can’t wait to kickoff on 12pm Saturday 19th September from Vennture HQ, Vicarage Road.
