Meet Mrs Green. Jo’s mother, Matriarch of the farm and the one who has seen the most of it. Mrs Green remembers the farm during wartime and after, when the whole workforce arrived on bicycles, up the same lanes our guests now ride out on with a little electric help.

Meet Jo. 150 years of family history behind her, and she’ll happily share the stories about every inch of farming and life at White Heron Estate.

We’re kicking off a little series introducing the people who work hard to bring you the best holiday, guest and farming experiences when you enjoy a stay with us. Felt right to start at the top.
