An opening season fixture at Broomy saw the Res victorious with a very convincing display.

The opening minutes were predictably open between the teams which the home team finally took a stronger hold on the Declan Kinsella hitting the post, and Theo Welch seeing a shot slide the outside of the post.

The deadlock was finally broken by Declan Kinsella with Liam Smith adding a second and to secure the 3 pts

A healthy spectator support were well entertained by both sets of players.
