A little reminder of why I love what I do so much 🥹❤️

I took this photo after my session with the pre-schoolers at Green View Nursery this morning, and I was genuinely just feeling so happy.

This job brings me so much joy.

I get to spend my days seeing little faces light up, watching children discover what their bodies can do, hearing their laughter, celebrating their little achievements and, quite honestly, soaking up so much happiness along the way.

There are definitely busy days, early mornings and plenty of things that go on behind the scenes… but moments like this make me stop and think:

I really do have the best job in the world. 🥹❤️

Getting to bring joy to little ones and have them give so much of it back to me is something I’ll never take for granted.

This is my why. ❤️

This week we’re celebrating JOY! 💛

And honestly, it’s one of the easiest things to celebrate at Mini Athletics.

The smiles. The laughter. The excitement. The confidence that comes from trying something new and having fun along the way. 🥰

Because when children are moving, playing, learning and achieving, the smiles say it all. ❤️

We’re so excited to introduce our brand-new MINIS class! 🏃‍♀️💙

Designed especially for our 5–8 year olds, Minis will give our older athletes the chance to develop their running, jumping, throwing and athletic skills even further — all while having loads of fun!

Our Mini Athletes have come such a long way with their throwing skills! 🙌

They’re now listening carefully to instructions, turning their side towards their target and remembering to point towards where they want their throw to go. 🎯👏

It’s amazing to see how much they’ve all progressed since they first started!

Well done, athletes! ⭐️ You should be so proud of yourselves! ❤️

September reset. 🍂

For so many families, September brings new beginnings, new routines and a big change in pace as the children head back to school.

And when everything else is changing, it’s lovely to have something familiar in the week that your little one can look forward to. ❤️

Our Mini Athletics sessions are a safe, friendly and welcoming space where children can come along each weekend to burn off some energy, make new friends, build confidence and learn new skills — all while having lots of fun. 🏃‍♀️⭐️

Whether they’re starting nursery, starting school or simply settling into a new routine, there’s always a place for them at Mini Athletics.
