I want to give a massive shout out to our awesome Kathy Weston (on the left of the photo), who completed today's Hereford Couriers 10K in an awesome time of 1.05.22!
Kathy is 65 and came 5th in her age category which is an amazing achievement!
It just goes to show age is just a number and anything can be achieved if you want it!
Kathy has made amazing progress after joining us and her effort and attitude is incredible.
Well done Kathy 👏 👏 👏

Big shout to our awesome bootcamper Karen Byrne who has totalled smashed her 1st 3 months with us 💥
Just goes to show what hard work can achieve, especially considering that Karen couldn't do a sit up unassisted, and is now totally rinsing it 💥
