Our new Soccer Shooters season starts this Saturday, 12th September, and we’re looking forward to getting everyone back on the pitch!

Our Year 2 & 3 session runs every Saturday from 11am–12pm and is all about helping children develop their football while keeping things fun.

⚽A friendly environment for all abilities

Whether your child has been with us before or is completely new to Soccer Shooters, they’re very welcome to come along.

New players can also get their first week FREE to try it out.

After a brilliant summer, we’re ready to get back to our regular Saturday football sessions and we can’t wait to see everyone!

Our new season kicks off on Saturday 12th September, with sessions for children from Reception right through to Year 10:

⚽ Mini Shooters – Reception & Year 1
🕙 10am–11am

⚽ Years 2 & 3
🕚 11am–12pm

⚽ Years 4 & 5
🕐 12pm–1pm

🔥 NEW: 5-A-Live – Years 6–10
🕑 1pm - 2pm

Our brand-new 5-A-Live session gives our older players even more time playing the game with more matches, more touches, more competition and coaching as they play.

Whether your child is returning for another season or wants to come along for the first time, we’d love to have them join us.

Our regular Saturday sessions may have taken a summer break, but we’ve certainly been keeping busy! ⚽

As well as our summer football sessions, we’ve loved getting involved in some brilliant community events over the holidays.

Earlier this month, Coach Ket headed along to the Watford Community Family Fun Day and there was plenty of football involved! We ran a 5 a side tournament and had some great games with kids and parents getting stuck in, having a go and enjoying a bit of friendly competition.

It's great to get out into the community, meeting families and seeing people of all ages having fun through football.

A huge well done to everyone involved Watford Community Family Fun Day in organising such a successful event, and thank you for inviting Coach Ket and Soccer Shooters - Hemel & St Albans to be part of it.

The goals get the glory. They always will. But ask any coach what they really love seeing on the pitch, and the answer is usually something else…

🙌🏻 The kid who looks up before passing.

🙌🏻 The one who steps back so a teammate can take the chance.

🙌🏻 The one who shouts "great try" when a shot goes wide.

These are the moments that turn a group of kids into a team.

In our sessions, we make a point of noticing them because being a good teammate is a skill, just like a first touch or a finish. It can be learned, practised and quietly built up over time.

And it's one of the best things football can give a child!
