🩰 It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or have some previous experience, I can cater for you in one of my classes. I have over 40 years experience of teaching ballet to all ages and I will be going into my 10th year of teaching Silver Swans, so you will be in safe hands.

🥰 Come along to improve your balance and coordination, improve your posture, meet like minded people, learn a new skill (it’s never too late), keep your brain active, enjoy the wonderful music, just forget your troubles for an hour, and above all experience the joy that these classes can bring to your life.

A lovely day at the Royal Academy of Dance Silver Swans Celebration. 🩰

I did a Pilates class this morning which was a great warm up for my body, then 3 inspiring workshops this afternoon learning about additional ways to help Silver Swans learn. 🦢

I may be trying out some of these in the coming weeks! 😉

Now on the train home, and looking forward to teaching again this week. 👍

In London for the weekend to attend the Silver Swans Celebration at the Royal Academy of Dance tomorrow. 🦢

It was very hot when I arrived yesterday, 33 degrees, so I had an amble around Kensington Gardens 🥵

Much cooler this morning, so I’ve accidentally had a sightseeing tour of London this morning, walking from where I’m staying in Bayswater, to Covent Garden to meet my daughter for lunch. Very refreshing through the many parks in the breeze. 🚶‍♀️

Now mooching around Covent Garden, where I spent many hours as a student perusing the second hand book shops. 📚
