Now I don't know if the % on the audio are accurate because at this point who trusts anything on the internet 🤡
But MOVEMENT matters
🧠 It does lower the risk of dementia
🦴 It does lower the risk of osteoarthritis
🍬It does lower the risk of type 2 diabetes.
🧠 It does improve mental health
🫀It does improve cardio vascular health
🤸🏼♂️It does improve mobility in later life
It doesn't need to be fancy
Some ways to get started :
🚶♀️ A daily brisk walk
🧘♀️ Working on your mobility at home
🏋Starting with body weight exercises ( assisted if needed)
🗣️A beginners class
💃Dancing around your living room
Everyone starts somewhere, i started 10 years ago with a trx in my bedroom when my girls were little, I couldn't run a km without stopping, never mind the 30km I did last week, I squatted half the weight I squat now and wouldn't attempt any of the mad exercises I do now.
Work at your ability and watch your ability grow.
And the process can be Helllla fun 🏄♀️

Just a friendly reminder to not let one bad photo ruin your body image.
I've watched women countless times go from feeling great about themselves to feeling terrible just from one sh*tty angled photo.
These photos were taken of me about 3 seconds apart..the only actual difference is the fact I'm not bearing weight on the same leg, leading to less tension in the glute. But it leads to a significant difference in how my butt looked.
Had I not had the other photo I would have fully felt that's what I always look like from behind.
Additionally let me use this as a tool on how people can manipulate how their own bodies appear online, I was just running in these photos and didn't mean to get such contrasting shots...HOWEVER many people online spend hours curating a photo that will only let people see their bodies how they want them to be seen.
