Tail tidy time! ✂️🐴

One of my new regulars had a little tidy-up to help keep on top of his tail, which grows super quick and super thick! 😂

I had a new holiday cover client this week and what a pleasure he has been. Only a few days prior he moved down 7 hours from his old home to relocate with his owner and has been an absolute trooper about it 💜

He waltzed onto the yard and acted as if I’d cared for him his whole life. A complete gentleman 🐴

I’ve heard a little birdie say that he may be looking for a part loaner in the near future so definitely watch this space ⭐️

9½ days of holiday cover for one of my long-term clients… featuring this cheeky elderly gentleman who clearly believes he runs the place 😂🐴

It’s been a small rollercoaster, sunny days, rainy days, buffets, a minor injury that was cleaned/creamed and nearly completely healed before the owner came back home, cuddles (to his disappointment) and lots of apples! 🍎

Another holiday cover done and dusted for this lovely group of three. A pleasure as always. One of the ponies is older now and can’t eat hay in the stable anymore so has hay replacement mash and his mash dinner. He has had a wonderful time catching me off guard and wiping his face, full of food all down me!!!! Good job he’s super cute!!

These three are proper characters and I always enjoy caring for them, so thank you to their owner for choosing me time and time again 💜

As we roll out of summer (BOO!!), we step back into the world of big and wonderful beds! 🛏️🐴

The nights are getting cooler, the evenings are getting darker and our horses are starting to spend a little more time tucked up in their stables.

And what better feeling than walking into a stable with a fresh, fluffy, perfectly made bed waiting for them? 😍

Whether your horse is a neat little sleeper or manages to redecorate the entire stable within 5 minutes… we all love a good bed! 😂

So here’s to the return of the wheelbarrows, forks and mountains of bedding…

Let the bed-making commence! 🛏️🐴💜
