We'll be hosting for a NoGi seminar at Hillingdon BJJ on Saturday 8th November. Faris is a black belt Nogi IBJJF world champion as well as more recently being team Europe's coach on CJI. He has a wealth of experience both teaching and competing and this seminar wont be one to miss.

🇪🇺 🇮🇹 At the weekend 5 of our junior students fought at the IBJJF Kids Europeans in Rome. The level was extremely high with competitors from all around the world flying in. The kids fought amazingly and we had a great trip!
🥈Ezekiel, 🥈Lois, 🥉Maliha, 🥉Zakiya and🥉Safiyya. Seeing these kids work hard, put themselves out there and support one another is priceless.

A seminar for a good cause! 👊🏽 We're really excited to have teach a fundraising seminar at Hillingdon BJJ. Jiu-Jitsu is all about community and as a club we wanted to help a member of the HBJJ community that needs our support.

With Cancer being a disease that has impacted so many, many of us have seen and felt how devastating it can be. With treatment options for rare cancers limited in the UK, we are fundraising to help one of our members get the urgent treatment he needs abroad. Faris will be teaching a 1.5 hour Gi seminar, sharing some of his favourite, competition tested techniques. With a wealth of experience not just as a competitor but as an instructor, this isn't to be missed. All money raised at this seminar will go to the treatment costs.

Over the last couple of weeks some of our team competed in Grappling Industries events. Congrats to Seth who won gold in London and Jack who won silver in Wolverhampton. Well done to all those who competed, for many of them it was their first competition.

🥇🇪🇺 Gold at J2 rooster weight for Ayesha at the European championships. Ayesha had a dominant performance on the weekend in Lisbon with no points scored on her. Well done !

Congratulations Alfie and Taylor and Seth who fought at the Essex open last week. Alfie and Taylor came away with Gold and death came away with bronze. Great work guys!

🇵🇹🇪🇺 IBJJF Kids Europeans- We took a small group of our juniors to compete at the Euros and Lisbon open. The level was super high and all of the kids fought amazingly. For some it was their first time fighting abroad. We came away with 2 golds 🥇, 3 silvers 🥈 and a bronze 🥉. Congratulations to our competitors and a big thank you to their teammates who helped them prepare.
