1. Squad Training (Saturday)

Focused on sparring, fitness, and competition prep. Open to all students.

🕑08:00 AM – 09:30 AM: Ages 14+ & All Black Belts

🕑09:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Under 14s

Colour Belts: Free to attend

Black Belts: £15/month

2. Black Belt & Black Tag Technical Training (Sunday)

A focused session targeting the advanced UK ITF syllabus and technical excellence.

🕑08:00 AM – 09:00 AM: 3rd Degree & Above

🕑09:00 AM – 10:30 AM: 1st & 2nd Degree

🕑09:00 AM – 09:45 AM: Black Tags

Cost: £10/month

Calling all Trenic TKD students! We are running a technical training session this Sunday to help you sharpen your skills.

This is a free addition to your regular club training, focusing on: ✨ Patterns ✨ Line work ✨ UK ITF syllabus prep

Trenic Taekwondo Shine at the UK ITF East Regional Championships

Trenic Taekwondo was proudly represented at the UK ITF East Regional Championships, with our students delivering an outstanding performance against competitors from clubs across the East and South East of England.

The team returned home with an impressive medal haul and plenty of memorable performances:

Beyond the medals, every student showed tremendous courage, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day. Competing against students from a variety of clubs is an invaluable experience and everyone who stepped onto the mats should be incredibly proud of their efforts.

A huge congratulations to all of our competitors and a big thank you to the coaches, parents and supporters who cheered the team on throughout the day. We look forward to building on these fantastic performances at future competitions.
