Hillingdon Sub-Aqua Group (HILSAG) We are a Sub-Aqua Association (SAA) affiliated diving club formed in 1956 and serving the community

Dear members,

We're am exploring the possibility of organising a couple of dive trip out of:-

1. Helston, Cornwall for August/September and have the dates below.

At the moment there is hard boat availability in August and beginning of September.
Best Tides are over the weekends of the 9/10/11/12 Aug. 24/25/26/27 Aug. or 21/22/23/24 September.

2. Lyme Bay, nr Bridport

Possibly late June, early July – no dates as yet.

Both would be for 3 days diving, either Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday.

Alan, our new social secretary, is hoping to organise a white water rafting event for 10th March 2012 - for 3.00pm.

We need to get 9 people so we can get our own raft.

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority - Days out, things to do, cycling, parks, London The Lee Valley Regional Park stretches an incredible 26 miles along the leafy banks of the River Lee, from Ware in Hertfordshire, through Essex, to the Thames at East India Dock Basin.

28th London drinker beer and cider festival will be hold in Camden centre on 07/03/2012- 09/03/2012, that is Wednesday to Friday as usual.

I am thinking of Friday, sounds like a good weekend start.

I think we should pick up from where we left it last year!

Everyone is welcomed to participate just to see if you are still as fit as last autumn. We (team Hilsag) will be doing it to raise money for the Club, towards training and equipment (octopush and diving)
I have not done such race before but I look forward to it and I hope you'll join me.

Eton SuperSprint Sunday The ever popular Eton SuperSprint (400m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Run) triathlons are back. The races take place at the fantastic Dorney Lake, which will be one of the venues for the 2012 Olympic Games.
