The ‘Albert come away from Victoria Park with a deserved 3 points following a second half turnaround which saw Ben Tracey head home from a Struan Maclean corner, Harry Fowler net from the spot and Ayo finish off an excellent counter attack in a much improved second 45 for the Royalists.

The Vale had earlier taken the lead in the first half with a well taken shot from the edge of the area. After the Albert responded with 3 goals in the second period, the Vale reduced the deficit in the 89th minute with a cross come shot from all of 40 yards.

The Albert held firm in the closing stages though to take the 3 points back to Hawick.
