We are delighted to announce the addition of Muay Thai classes to our weekly timetable!

Adult Classes (All Levels Welcome)

Wednesday: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 12:00pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 12:00pm

Junior Class

Saturday: 9:00am – 10:30am

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome to join.
