The film follows legendary kayaker Scott Lindgren on a decades long quest to paddle the four great rivers that flow from Tibet’s sacred Mount Kailash. Beneath that pursuit lies a deeper journey, as a brain tumor and personal struggles force Scott to confront his own vulnerability and the parts of himself he had spent a lifetime trying to outrun.

This film has meant a lot to all of us over the years, and we’re grateful to have it readily available again. If you want to support the film, the best thing you can do is watch it, share it with a friend, or buy it on your platform of choice.

How good did Little Haven look yesterday for the Regatta, and our swim section of it was as near to perfect as possible. The Pembrokeshire Coast line stunning!

Yesterday Morning,

Was the Little Haven Regatta and in true Summer of 2026 Style, the conditions were amazing.

When the weather is like this, do you really need a passport! It was a great morning in the village as we helped to kick off their annual regatta. It’s alway a pleasure to host this swim, as the locals and regatta committee are also friendly and really do put on a fun day for all.

Also big thanks to our team and of course the swimmers. Well done all.

Little Haven Swim Results 2026 - MUUK The Little Haven Results 2026 are in, and what a day for this 1 mile swim around St brides Bay to open the Little Haven Regatta.

The Weekend saw us hold The Swim to the Edge 2026, First up on Saturday was The Green Monster - Solva. It was challenging (So they tell me) Although Rob Brodie (Who I believe is the only person to have done all 10 of the Green Monsters, Did say it was the worst/best!! So big respect to all that got around it. Then on Sunday the Blue Monster in Abereiddy, and don't let the Sunshine fool you, this was also a difficult morning for all. But mores o, it was great to see so many familiar faces back. The vibe and atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly it really was a pleasure to put them on.

It was a bit of touch and go over the past few days of whether the weather would spoil Swim to the Edge - The Green Monster. But no, it appears the challenging conditions made it a bit more fun!!!
Well done to all the took on the challenge and all that helped out.
