Here's a little history lesson about your gym!

We opened on the 27th June 2025 so we are very young still! Our unit used to be a CarpetRight store and was only 1 floor at the time. While creating your gym we added the second floor where this picture has been taken, this gave us the opportunity to give you a much bigger space to workout! Upstairs alone we have the Changing rooms, Studio and a great mixture of kit for you to use.
