Group sessions don’t mean everyone has to do exactly the same thing. It means individuals working hard, at the level and pace appropriate for their experience and their body!

No pressure, no comparisons and never any judgement.

Training that is fun and / or enjoyable is training that becomes a sustainable habit giving long term physical and mental health benefits.

One of our strength classes featuring a game that had members laughing and developing their strength at the same time! 🙂

We welcome anyone who wants to train with us, even if they’re only in town for a short time. Training with friends and family adds extra fun to our members’ sessions and can help them stay consistent in their routine when other commitments are demanding their attention!

The heat hasn’t kept our members out of the gym. Training safely, sensibly and always at the right level and pace for every individual ⚡️🥰⚡️
