Marathon season is in full swing and there's lots of local events like Knaresborough Bedrace taking place in the next few weeks. Sports massage can help your race prep and recovery, so give us a call to see how we can help. Everyone is different in terms of how they react, so our top tip would be don't leave it until the last minute to get those niggles sorted!

***Covid Update*** 24/2/22

We're down in Birmingham today, and again tomorrow, attending Therapy Expo for some in person CPD and to check out what's new in the Therapy world. I may have bought some new toys, more on that later! 😜

Some great sessions today on massage for people living with cancer and those with Long Covid, as well as the usual injury and rehab updates. It's also been nice to catch up with some Therapy colleagues I've not seen for a couple of years, and I even got my evebrows done at the OT show next door! 😉

I should also point out that it was a Covid secure event, with everyone needing to provide a negative lateral flow test or NHS Covid Pass to gain entry. I've also been wearing a FFP2 mask as an added precaution and will test daily for a week when I get back, just to be sure. It is possible to do these things now, with a vaccine plus additional mitigations approach to reduce the risks.
