Richmond Dales Swimming Club - RDASC has a limited number of places available in the first cohort of its FREE Inclusion Training Programme, designed to help clubs attract, support and successfully integrate swimmers with impairments.

Open to club committees, EDI officers, welfare leads, coaches and officials, the programme starts in September 2026 and includes poolside workshops, online learning and ongoing support.

The programme starts in September 2026 and includes practical poolside sessions, online learning and ongoing support to help clubs build a more inclusive and welcoming culture.

As the largest para-swimming team in Northern England, Richmond Dales is passionate about sharing knowledge and experience to increase opportunities for swimmers across the region.

🏅 European Masters Championship Success for City of Sheffield Divers! 🏅

Three divers from Sheffield Diving Club represented Great Britain at the recent European Masters Championships in Graz, Austria, returning home with an impressive collection of medals.

🥇🥇 Phill Bowers claimed two gold medals
🥇🥇🥈🥈🥈 Iain St John won five medals, including two golds and three silvers
🥈 Shaun Tesh added to the team's success with a silver medal

These fantastic results are a testament to the divers' hard work, dedication and commitment to the sport.

Congratulations to Iain, Phill and Shaun on their outstanding performances on the European stage! 👏

We had more fantastic performances from our artistic swimmers in Europe️ at the end of last week.

👏 25-35 Technical Team finished 11th
👏 Rosie Clarke placed 6th in the 30-39 Free Solo
👏 Rosie Clarke & Scarlet placed 12th in the 25-29 Free Duet
👏 Emma Knight & Charlotte Hughes achieved an excellent 6th place in the 40-49 Free Duet
👏 Janine Edwards & Ellen Limebear finished 14th in the 40-49 Free Duet
👏 25-34 Free Team Routine placed 9th
