Charity Yin Yoga Class and Soundbath

I am running a small fundraiser for Viktors Ark on Sunday September 20th at 6-8pm in Go Yoga Commercial Street Harrogate

Yin Yoga is a great class for flexibility and mobility, releasing physical tension and encouraging mindfulness and stillness.

A soundbath helps promote relaxation and helps calm down busy minds.

A perfect combination for a Sunday evening to help you unwind and relax before the week starts again ..

The cost is £35 and everything I make I will donate to Viktor .

If it goes well I will do more in future but am limiting this one to 8 spots

We are rescue dogs from Victor's Ark - animals rescue organization in Macedonia
.🐾

Viktor found Frank on the street with his brother two years ago and kept us both safe in the shelter til he found us a home.🐾🐾🐾

Beryl came from a home who locked her in the basement 🥲

My mum is trying to raise money for animals like me and is having a charity Masquerade Ball on October 24th in the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate. 🐾🐾🐾

The ball is to raise money for Woodfield dog rescue and is going to be divided between three rescuers one of which is Viktor♥️🐾

The last time she did one Viktor received £3000.♥️🐾♥️🐾

That would feed all the doggies and other animals for a month. 🐾♥️
No hungry tummies and no desperate appeals for food . How nice would that be?🐾

She was wondering if there is anybody on this page who would like to come and support it🐾

Harrogate is a fabulous town for a weekend away and you have the chance to get glammed up and have a fantastic night raising money for animals like me who had nowhere to go ...♥️♥️♥️
