👋🏽 Hi ladies! I’ve been speaking to lots of you recently about gaining muscle
(and how important it is for us especially as we age ) as well as as changing body shape, diet, training programs/schedule and more!!
💪🏻So I have put together a program to help you achieve your goals of getting strong, lean and achieving that ‘toned’ look (muscle gain and fat loss) that so many of us are looking to achieve. It Is based loosely around my own training schedule (which is repetitive and can be boring at times - but it works!) but it will be adapted to suit you individually.
💪🏻If you are able to commit to 3 to 4 sessions a week, one with me and the rest on your own either at home or in the gym (of which I will provide plans for) please drop me a message.
💪🏻 I only have space for 3 ladies as this is not a short term or 12 week program, it is a lifestyle change. So if you’re committed, want to see results and prepared for it to take some time (as muscle doesn’t grow overnight) then please let me know.
🤫 I’m really excited about sharing my training, along with all my top tips, hints and most importantly supporting you and to put this plan into action!!
Thanks and happy Sunday, Toni 💪🏻💖

Hey everyone 👋🏽
I’ve had quite a few comments recently on how I look so I thought I’d share a little post and provide some tips into my weekly training schedule.
1️⃣Firstly I track all of my lifts and I have been doing so consistently for about 18 months now if you want to make any changes in how you look or grow muscle is vital that you do this there are various apps you can use to track your lifts, however, I’m very oldschool and just keep mine in the notes on my phone!
2️⃣ progression is key every time I feel a lift is getting too easy. I’ll increase reps then once my reps are maxed out, I’ll increase weight. Some lifts I find this easy with but things such as barbell push press I’ve been stuck on the same weight for what feels like forever😅
3️⃣ Nutrition is key, you won’t gain muscle if you’re in a permanent calorie deficit or if you’re not eating enough protein, protein should be a gram per pound of body weight (for me 140g a day! NO negotiation)
4️⃣ I lift five days a week in a PPL split. I do one day of conditioning and 20 minutes of cardio a week. My conditioning day I do on Thursday at the gym with the girls as they are absolutely hard-core and always inspire me to push harder, lift stronger and go quick quicker. I love working out as part of a team so I’ll make sure my Thursday session with the girls is always in my calendar. 👩🏻🐰👩🏼💖💪🏻
5️⃣ My workouts are non-negotiable if I have to go to work at 6 am I’ll get up and do it at 5 am. If I go on holiday at 5 am I’ll get up and do it at 4 am. There is no room for negotiation where my workouts are concerned it’s vital not only for my goals but also from my mental health and my sobriety 🙌🏻
6️⃣ Keep it simple! I do nothing flashy I do nothing exciting. I mix my compound lifts with isolation lifts and superset to save for Time and I do the same thing day in, day out. It’s boring at times but it works. 💪🏻
💪🏻 I am a long way off where I want to be, growing muscle is a process and takes time there is no quick fix! But keep going cause when you start to see results, it’s so worth it and your body will thank you in later life 👵🏼 🙌🏻
Happy Friday, love Toni 💪🏻💖

‼️warning! I am human 🤖 🤣‼️
I did not want to do that workout this morning, I woke up before my alarm and I procrastinated like a motherf*cker! But I played the tape forward - something that I did a lot in my early sobriety:
1. How would my mood be if I didn’t Exercise today?
2. How would my energy levels be if I didn’t Exercise today?
3. Would my hubby be safe if I didn’t Exercise today 🤜🏻 🤣 💙 (joke!)
So I got up and within five minutes of moving my mood lifted and I really enjoyed it!
So if you’re procrastinating, my advice is just get out and do something, even a walk and you will 100% feel better!
Happy Monday 💪🏻💖 Toni x

One of the many things I love about my job is helping people to do things they never felt possible and giving them the confidence to believe that they can do it!
I will never get bored seeing people do their first ever box jump, it is such a big thing physically and mentally 🙌🏻💪🏻
This lovely lady isn’t on Instagram but has given me permission to post this and celebrate her win 🥇 👏🏻

‼️Gotta love a little Facebook memory‼️😳
🌟Same person but 20 years different! It honestly feels like a lifetime ago that I was this person, exhausted from motherhood, bad diet, too much w**e at the weekend and zero exercise.
🌟Fast forward a few years when I really started to take my mental health a bit more seriously after realising I was in a deep depression, started running and felt like a different person.
💪🏻2010 I hit the gym and fell in love, by 2012 I was qualified.
🌟My weight isn’t always the same, it does fluctuate but I eat loads, I love an orange twirl or 2 🤣 and I’ve been sober for over three years.
🌟It’s never too late to start making changes, I’m 47 and in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been in (apart from a weird knee and achey shoulder 🙄🤣)
🌟Sometimes it’s just good to have a little reminder of how far you’ve come 🙌🏻💖
