๐ Club Nights & Social Nights are Back On at Hamilton Squash Club! ๐
The wait is overโฆ the new season is here, and we canโt wait to welcome everyone back on court!
Whether youโre an experienced player, havenโt picked up a racket in years, or youโre simply looking for a fun new way to keep fit, Tuesday evenings from 6:45pm are the perfect opportunity to give squash a try.
๐พ No racket? No problem.
๐ Never played before? Even better!
All you need is a pair of non-marking indoor shoes and a positive attitude. Weโll provide the rackets and make sure youโre made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

A one-hour game of squash can burn 600-900 calories, making it one of the healthiest sports in the world. And unlike many other sportsโฆ it never rains on a squash court! โ๐
๐ฆ New Junior Coaching Programme
Weโre also excited to launch our new Saturday junior coaching programme, led by a professional coach. Rackets and protective eyewear are provided, making it the perfect way for young players to discover the game.

๐โโ๏ธ๐ช One of our club members is taking on an incredible endurance challenge, and itโs all for a fantastic cause!
Erik van der Marel is setting out on a demanding adventure to raise funds for our clubโs junior after-school squash sessions, helping us introduce more young people to the sport, develop their skills, and keep them active and engaged.
Every mile, every step, and every challenge completed will help create more opportunities for our junior players to enjoy squash in a fun and supportive environment.
