This Sunday we’re launching our monthly Charity Open Mat at Mata Leao BJJ Halifax.

Every last Sunday of the month, we’ll come together, get some rounds in, raise money for a great cause. 🙏

On October 11th, we’ll be hosting our first-ever Mata Leao Submission Grappling event as we celebrate one year since opening our Mata Leăo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Halifax academy.

Another great session on the mats tonight at Mata Leao Halifax! Great turnout with beginners and experienced grapplers all training together, sharpening technique and getting some quality rounds in.
