The lads battled all the way to the final at the Clifton Rangers tournament, and after a dramatic penalty shootout, narrowly missed out on lifting the trophy.

Despite the result, what a performance from the team. 👏

🗣️REMINDER Grassroots Football is changing for the new Season. U11s will be Size 3 Footballs, U7s will be 3v3, have no keepers, refs at U7 to be replaced by pitch facilitators, league support for goals. (👉 Link to FULL details in COMMENTS)

What a fantastic morning for our Northowram Juniors U7 Colts at the Challenge AFC Tournament!

The team showed incredible determination, teamwork and resilience throughout the day, winning 5 of their 6 matches to earn a well-deserved place in the final.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be in the final, but finishing runners-up is an outstanding achievement and one the whole team should be incredibly proud of. Every player gave absolutely everything, supported each other and represented Northowram Juniors brilliantly from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Challenge AFC for hosting a fantastic tournament, and well done to all the teams who took part.
