It wouldn't be summer without our DOR Simon's annual BBQ! We had a fab time, eating, drinking and dancing the night away!

Unfortunately due to the incredibly dry weather we've been having, the RFU have made the decision to push back the start of our season! This is a change that is affecting every community league...definitely not something we've had to deal with before!
Our first game of the season, away at Blaydon, will need to be rearranged to later in the season.
This also affects our first round Cup game against Sandal which has now been moved to the 4th October.
What are we really looking for in new players this season? 😛
Pre-season is officially underway! Big shout out to Kate and Anna for leading the sessions so far..we've loved practicing skills, running about and generally having a laugh!

Our pre-season will be kicking off next Thursday from 7pm. Need a reason to join the Halifax Ladies? Here are a few good ones!
Play rugby at a welcoming club, with two teams to accommodate experienced players, from the first team playing in Champ 2 to our Ravens team in the Inner Warrior development league. We've even got our girls team for those in year 4-7 to get your little ones started early in their rugby careers!
We have high levels of coaching and physio available, withThe Vale Physiotherapy offering discounted rates for players.
As well as having fun on the field, we have fun off it too, with regular social events, everything from Bingo nights to assault courses and nights in the pub.
We'd love to welcome you to Halifax Ladies, so get yourselves down from Thursday at 7pm for a fun welcoming session! We'll then be training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY! We've just had all our matches confirmed for the 2026/27 season, with it all kicking off with a big away trip on the 20th September.
This year we'll be travelling the length and breadth of the North, from Newcastle and Durham, to Keswick, Manchester and Liverpool! If you're interested in helping sponsor some of our travel, please get in touch!
