A huge congratulations to Daniel, who has been named our Player of the Month for August! 👏🏆

Daniel is new to the Grey Owls, but he has fitted right in from day one. He has shown fantastic enthusiasm and a brilliant attitude, constantly encouraging his teammates — whether he’s on the pitch, on the sidelines or in training. 🦉💙

He has really been trying, listening and learning, working hard to improve both his football ability and his understanding of the game. We’ve also been really impressed with how he has taken on board our communication work and is putting it into practice whenever possible. 🗣️⚽️

Daniel, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Your attitude, effort and willingness to learn have been fantastic to see. 🤩

Coach’s Player of the Week goes to Harry! 👏⚽️

Harry gave it his all in training last week and carried that hard work into an amazing performance on Sunday. He simply didn’t stop running drom start to finish! 💪🔥

Harry played in different positions across the pitch without a single complaint, always putting the team first and to top it all off, he even got himself on the scoresheet! 🤩

The team really pulled together today and put on a fantastic performance for our match against Caistor Crusaders JFC U12. We saw lots of teamwork, great communication and some brilliant adaptability, with players stepping into positions they’re not used to and giving it their all. 💪

Every single player showed determination, worked for each other and played their part. It was fantastic to see the team growing in confidence and supporting one another throughout. 🫶

Well done to every single Grey Owl today!👏 You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. Libby, Jake and the parents are super proud 🥰
