🚨 HYROX TIMETABLE UPDATE – STRENGTH SHED 🚨

HYROX fans, we’ve got some exciting updates to the class timetable at The Strength Shed, Greenock Sports Centre 💪🔥

📅 What’s changing?
• Thursday 6pm is moving to Wednesday 6pm
• Sunday HYROX, previously on a fortnightly rotation, will now run EVERY Sunday at 10am 🙌

⏰ Updated HYROX Class Times:
• Monday: 6pm
• Wednesday: 7:15am & 6pm
• Sunday: 10am (weekly!)

🗓️ These changes start this week, beginning Monday 2nd February.

Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want a high-energy, full-body workout that pushes your limits, these sessions are built to challenge and motivate 💥
