I had such a beautiful, inspiring chat with this lovely lady after class a few weeks ago. We spoke about life, work, our stories, and everything in between the kind of conversations where women can just be real, share their experiences and support one another.

She’s not been able to make it back since because work has been so busy, but receiving this message from her saying she wants to come back honestly made my heart so happy 🥹

Because this is what I wanted Studio Flow to be.
