Complaints
Each complaint should contain a detailed description of the non-compliance (preferably documented with photographic material). Each complaint submitted by the customer and meeting the above conditions will be considered individually. Deadlines for submitting a complaint:
Complaints can be submitted up to 3 days from delivery to the customer. After this time, the complaint of a given service will not be considered. Complaints are accepted on business days until 4pm.

Today’s packaging of an aluminium sign, manufactured in two sections, which together create an impressive overall size of 395 × 46.5 cm in a matte beige finish. The sign features an orange logo (symbol) along with lettering in brushed gold, all mounted with a striking 3D effect on a black backing panel. The edges of the sign were additionally finished with a decorative gold trim in the form of a high-quality vinyl detail.
