Their Light Lives On ❤️

The greatest way we can honour those we have lost
is by continuing to live our lives with purpose, joy, and courage,
because deep down, we know that’s exactly what they would want for us.

Though they may no longer walk beside us,
their love remains within us, quiet, steady, unwavering,
urging us forward, reminding us to embrace each day
not in sorrow, but in tribute to the life they lived
and the light they left behind.

In our laughter, they echo.
In our strength, they endure.
In our dreams, they live on.

So we keep reaching,
for the sun through the clouds,
for meaning in the quiet,
for hope when it falters,
and for the courage to keep becoming
the people they believed we could be.

And when we lift our eyes to the night sky,
we remember,
they are the stars above,
watching over us, guiding us gently,
reminding us that love does not end, it only changes form.

At the request of family, funeral arrangements are as follows for the late and much loved,
Cyril Anthony McGuinn.

On Thursday 25th June Cyril will be leaving from the family home on Monsall Road at 10:40am. Leading in procession to St. Patrick's RC Church Cyril will be received for requiem mass at 11:00am. Following on to St Joseph’s cemetery for interment at 12:30pm.

A warm invitation is extended to everyone attending to join Cyril’s family and to raise a glass and share the many memories, at The Gardeners Arms Moston Lane.

On Tuesday 30th June, Ray will be leaving from his home address, Somerset Road Failsworth at 10:40am. Leading in procession to Hollinwood Crematorium for service and committal at 11:00am.

Following the service everyone attending are welcome to join Ray’s family for refreshments and to remember the good times and memories spent with Ray, at The Willow Tavern Ashton Road East Failsworth.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Ray, kindly received will be gifted to Maggie’s Oldham and Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.

Funeral arrangements are as follows for the last and much loved Francess Slater (Fran)

On Friday 19th June, Fran will be leaving from her home address Marlborough Road Royton at 12:20pm leading in procession to Hollinwood Crematorium for service and committal at 1:00pm.

Fran’s family would like to welcome everyone attending to join them for refreshments after the service to share the memories and the good times spent with Fran, at The White Hart Royton OL2 6BB.

Family flowers only. Donations welcome and will be gifted in Fran’s memory to Maggie's Oldham.
