Two hours under pressure, showing skill, focus, resilience and heart — and they delivered!

🥋 2 are now Deputy Black Belts
🥋 3 have progressed to Red Belt

I couldn’t be prouder! Their hard work, dedication and relentless effort have truly paid off💪

Success isn’t given, it’s earned — and they’ve absolutely earned it. Onwards and upwards! 👊🏻💥

The week after grading is always a fun one! This time I thought we could do something a little different. Something we have not done before! The children got very excited when I asked for ideas to create our South London banner, they came up with some incredible and imaginative ideas. I loved seeing their creativity and the children seemed to really enjoy it too! 👊🏻💥
